INNOVATION & COMPLEXITY

THE COMPANIES THAT WORK IN THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY HAVE TO DEAL WITH COMPLEX PROJECTS, WHICH REQUIRE HIGH INNOVATION CAPABILITIES.

The offer of VEGA1964 focuses on the manufacturing of both single ‘made-to-print’ components and assemblies and sub-assemblies made to fit the customer’s specifications. Our R&D can support the customer from the initial ‘terrestrial’ design phase to the final ‘flight’ phase. Our experience can be useful for the design as well as for the choice of the materials and coatings.

  • Structural parts for avionics.
  • Manifolds.
  • Satellite optics casing.
  • Control joystick (A380).
  • Actuators for flight simulators
  • Pitot pipe.
  • Electromechanical actuators.
  • Hydraulic actuators.
  • Inert ammunition for training.

VEGA IN FIELD EXPERIENCE

The design requirements and qualitative standards are at maximum levels in every phase of the industrialization, manufacturing and control.

Each component has to pass severe tests to guarantee the reliability from which depends the safety.

Every subsystem is composed of many different structural parts that require the manufacturing of alloys and special materials (Titanium, Alloy Steels, Tungsten, Avional 2017, Ergal 7075, Plexiglas and structural plastic materials), which need specific production knowledge and technologies.

Moreover, the integrity of the manufactured surfaces and the precision of the inserts represent very important specific requirements.

All of this demands that the industry operators have advanced technological knowledge, but also high organizational capabilities to guarantee the quality and the constant respect of the product and service specifications and of the compulsory delivery dates.

RELIABLE SOLUTIONS, CERTIFIED IN THE COURSE OF TIME

VEGA is proud of its long experience in special manufacturing and it has been designing and producing aluminum, steel (both alloy and stainless) and titanium components for years, for both civilian and military applications.

The company can auto-certify its manufactured components as per the MIL-SPEC, using sample plans and control documents.
