Design, industrialization, manufacturing and the control of each component have to follow very strict requirements to guarantee the reliability of systems, on which depends the life of patients.
The performance of machineries and cutting-edge systems depends on the quality of the components, which can be made out of various materials (aluminum, stainless steels, Peek®, Plexiglas®, Delrin®, Teflon®, etc.). The requested productions are extremely accurate to get, for example, a very high quality of the surfaces and a perfect mechanical match of all the surfaces.
